
Marchanta’s restaurant does not import its philosophy. It draws directly from the land that surrounds it. The Italian kitchen is guided by a single discipline: that the best ingredient requires the least intervention.
Menus change with the season and with what arrives each morning from local producers, the estate garden, and the farms of the Ribatejo. Handmade pastas, freshly baked breads, vibrant seasonal vegetables, and wine from neighbouring estates. The cooking is precise, without being elaborate. The table is set with care, without theatre.

We’re open Tuesday to Sunday from 7 AM to 10 PM, with comfortable seating available both indoors and outdoors.
